Currency.
All prices on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise.
Price Adjustment.
HUARI reserves the right to update or adjust prices of product. Please note: Placing an item in your shopping bag or Wishlist does not reserve it at a particular price.
Photography.
Some HUARI products may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Other items may be represented at a larger than actual size in order to clearly show details, or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item.
It is important to refer to the Terms and Conditions page before purchasing goods from HUARI. It will provide you with terms and conditions relating to the use of the HUARI websites and its products.
Methods of Payment.
We accept many different payment methods via Shopify Payment and Paypal. Paypal is a Global Trading & Financial Service used to process our credit cards. Paypal is used by some of the largest e-commerce sites in Australia and across the world. We have found it to be the most secure system we can use for your security.
To protect our customers, credit card details are checked and we report any transactions of suspected fraud to the relevant authorities.

Secure Shopping.
The HUARI websites use industry-standard 128-bit SSL security to give you complete peace of mind when shopping here. This means that all information we collect is encrypted using SSL technology. We use Verisign for all our secure online financial transactions.
We use Shopify Payments and Paypal to process our credit card transactions. Both uses several mechanisms to protect the security and integrity of its customer's personal information. All your transactions with both are conducted in 'secure sessions' using the financial industry's Secure Socket Layer (SSL) standards with 128-bit encryption. You should check that your browser is compatible with SSL encryption. This is often indicated by a 'closed lock' icon at the bottom of your screen.
Shopify Payments and Paypal transfers financial data securely into the Australian payments clearing system via dedicated telecommunications lines and proprietary banking software to ensure the integrity of our direct debit and credit payments. We process our credit card payments similarly.

Applicable law and jurisdiction.
All purchases from HUARI are subject to the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia, and where applicable the state of Victoria. By using this site you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and Australia and agree that any legal action will only be commenced in these forums.

Purpose of goods.
Upon purchase of goods from HUARI, the buyer agrees to use the products only for their intended purpose. Purchase of goods will cause the buyer to assume full responsibility for any loss or damage arising out of their use. Questions as to use can be directed to HUARI via email.
Conclusion of transaction.
The agreement for sale is concluded only when goods are handed over to the designated postage / shipping carrier. If there is any uncertainty with the terms and conditions above, please contact HUARI via email before the completion of any purchase.
