Ethics and Sustainability

It is innate and an authentic goal.HUARI considers our impact on ethics, sustainability and the environment seriously in everything we do.

People.

We have an authentic and considered relationship with every person that we work with.

We value our team members, jewellers, suppliers, our partners and their wellbeing. We know them by name and look to build a long-term partnership with them.

Their success is our success.

We aim to have an authentic and considered relationship with our customers as well. We value your opinion, wellbeing, wishes and dreams.

Let’s have a conversation.

Product.

All of our packaging is recyclable and much is biodegradable. We try to minimise our packaging without impacting the desired experience that we want to achieve when you receive your HUARI purchases.

We are always on the lookout for any aesthetically compatible packaging that will quicken their decomposition.

We welcome any suggestions.

By nature, metal is not biodegradable. However, all of our products are recyclable. We produce in small batches to minimise waste. And we test our products to make sure they are durable before they are made available to you. It’s a tough job, but someone’s got to do it! ;)

In the future, we will consider trade-in options for us to donation your HUARI pieces to charity or auctions.

Stay tune.

Planet.

We research the production and sustainability of each type of material that we use. We eliminate the use of plastics and related materials where ever possible, because of its negative impact on our environment.

We are currently looking at partnerships and integrations with charities so that every purchase contributes to the wellbeing of this planet.

Currently, all our shipping is carbon neutral through Sendle, where ever possible, who is a registered B Corp and Australia's first 100% carbon neutral delivery service partnering with South Pole.

For efficiencies, we may choose other carriers, such as Australia Post and DHL, who both have strong sustainability roadmaps.

We love to hear your feedback on how we can improve our ethics and sustainability.
