Shipping and Returns

Estimated Delivery Timeframe.

For products shipped from our Australian locations, we usually organising shipping within 1 working days of your order. We ship with our 100% carbon neutral shipping partner, Sendle. They have provided us with the following delivery estimates:
  • Australia - 2 to 10 days
  • New Zealand 10 to 16 working days
  • Asia and the Pacific, North America and Western Europe - 10 to 28 working days
  • Rest of the world - 14 to 30 working days.

For products shipped directly from our suppliers, they can take up to 30 days to for delivery and will arrive separately from a jewellery order. Shipping and handling fees remains the same below. 

Shipping and Handling Fees are as follows:

  • Australian orders free shipping on orders $50 and above
  • Australia orders below $50, shipping will be calculated at checkout
  • Rest of the world orders up to $99 - Flat rate of $20
  • Rest of the world $100+ - Free shipping

 

Workshop Pickup.

As we currently do not offer Express Post because of current international and domestic logistic challenges, we will allow Melbournians to come and pick up your orders from our workshop in Melbourne CBD. Please bring your ID and Order information for the pickup. The address will be provided upon checkout.

Please note:

  • Afterpay are available for local pickup orders.
  • To ship some items and pick up others, customers must place multiple orders.
  • Gift cards cannot be picked up as they are electronic and sent to your selected email address.

    We aim to provide Workshop Pickup the next business day within business hours (i.e. 9am -5pm Monday to Friday). You will be notified via email when your order is ready to be picked up.

     

    FREE Carbon-Neutral Domestic Shipping and Delivery.

    To safeguard your HUARI products, we send all products to you via tracked parcel options for FREE, conditions applied.

    Sendle is our preferred Carbon Neutral shipping partner. However, HUARI reserves the right to select the best shipping option for our customers.

    We aim to dispatch goods within 1 - 2 working days of payment. If for whatever reason, the items requested cannot be supplied, we will notify you within two days of the product order being received. Please allow at least 10 working days for delivery of most orders.

    If you feel that your order has not arrived in the time frame you deem appropriate please contact us via email with your order number and we will track and follow this up for you.

    We accept no responsibility for parcels lost or damaged within the postal/courier system and any problems must be taken up with the shipping company. However, we will do our best to follow up on parcels on your behalf as requested.

    FREE Carbon-Neutral International Shipping and Delivery.

    To safeguard your HUARI products, we send all products to you via tracked international courier options for FREE, conditions applied.

    However, International customers (outside of Australia) are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees outlined by local Customs authority. All international packages are shipped DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning these fees are not included in the price of goods purchased from our website.

    It is your responsibility to pay these fees in order to receive the parcel. We are unable to advise the amounts of what these fees might be, if applicable at all. Please contact your country's custom office for estimated charges and rates on packages coming from overseas.

    We are proud to ship with Sendle where ever possible. Sendle is a registered B Corp and Australia's first 100% carbon neutral delivery service partnering with South Pole.

    FREE Refund and Exchange.

    At HUARI, we want you to love your jewellery. We offer a 30-day FREE return policy for you to return or exchange the goods (for equal value) if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase. This excludes the following stated conditions contained herein:

    • Sale and customised items are not eligible for return or refund.
    • Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
    • Afterpay purchases.

      To refund or exchange a product simply:

      1. Go to your HUARI customer account and follow the instructions

      2. All returns must be:

      • Unworn
      • Unaltered
      • Have no signs of wear
      • In its original condition with HUARI tags still attached
      • In all original packaging (box and pouch included) with the packing list.

        3. We will then send you a returns label to affix on your package via email with instructions.

        4. Please mail the product in its original condition and original packaging.

        5. Select the most convenient 24/7 Sendle drop off location for you. And your work is done. Simple.

        6. Once the return is processed and verified, you will receive a refund for the price of the order, excluding the total of shipping costs, customs duties incurred.

        Please note, customs duties are non-refundable through HUARI. You may be able to recover customs duties by contacting the local customs bureau directly. This option may not be applicable in all countries, so we recommend that you speak with your local custom authority to determine whether you can apply for a refund for customs fees related to your return.

        We are confident in our products and want you to be happy. However, HUARI reserves the right to approve the relevant refund or exchange.

        Prevent Returns Abuse.

        If you abuse HUARI’s return policy, you will be banned from future use of our shopping platform. HUARI takes returns very seriously and it carefully manages its returns. Our solutions can detect fraudulent returns and ban shoppers from future online purchases on huariboutique.com.au.

        Note that by purchasing you have entered into an agreement and are bound by the HUARI websites’ and HUARI’s terms and conditions.
